Rev. Stephen Chinzathang, Executive Secretary, ZPCS prayed for the JAC Against Anti-Tribal Bills team before the left for Delhi to talk with Central govt authorities on the 3 controversial anti-tribal bills passed by the Manipur Assembly House on 31st August, 2015.
